Must provide baseline lead proof (minimum 25 leads in the 30 days prior) within 5 business days of subscription start.

Trial begins on the subscription start date and lasts 30 days.

Subscriber must complete the ROI Report Survey fully and honestly within 5 business days.

ALIS tracking script must remain installed on the same website(s) used for baseline measurement.

Cancellation Option: Subscriber may cancel anytime in the 30-day trial:

• Continue receiving leads (pay-per-lead, no subscription fee charged).

• Or stop all lead capture (scripts removed, no subscription fee charged).

• Note: Early cancellation forfeits eligibility for the $500 claim.

Exclusions: Guarantee void if baseline info is incomplete/false, if fewer than 25 leads in prior 30 days, if proof not provided in 5 business days, or if scripts not maintained.

If ALIS does not double leads in 30 days:

• Subscription fees waived until the target is met.

• $500 payment issued within 30 days after trial completion and verification.

Lead counts determined solely by ALIS reporting.
